Steven Lopez is a first generation Angeleno, who split his time growing up between the hills of Northeast LA and the Venice Boardwalk. During the course of his Commercial Real Estate career, Steven oversaw the Design & Construction management of 15 full-service restaurants and upwards of 85 inline retail units. There are also numerous trendy coffee bars, juice kiosks and sneaker stores. <br><br>Of the largest projects to his name was the €6mm Balenciaga showroom on Wooster Street, in Soho NY. A project that saw him travel to Paris multiple times for client meetings. Additionally, Steven relocated for 1 year to Boston, on Design Management contract refurbishing Terminal C at Boston Logan Airport.<br>Steven attended USC’s Annenberg School of Communication in the 90’s. But having always been an architecture lover, realized this was not the correct path. After his first trip to the UK in 2001, Steven decided to enroll at a design institute in the UK. In 2005 he earned his Bachelors in Design Management from the Birmingham Institute of Art & Design. And upon graduation, moved into Central London. <br>After 14 years away, he decided to return and get reacquainted with his hometown. <br>Placing a special focus on single family homes in Jefferson Park, Leimert Park, South LA and Expo Park West, districts of the city that are rich in architectural history. Steven also specializes in renovations, historical properties and City Permitting. <br><br>Because of these attributes, clients always feel confident in knowing they are buying a property that meets “a certain standard,” and will truly make them happy to call it their home. Both buyers and investors alike, appreciate Steven’s ability to determine best means and methods to renovate and add-value to their new properties. <br>Steven has lived in numerous cities including New York, Chicago, London and Mexico City. He loves photography, abstract art, going to concerts and collecting Adidas Originals.<br>
