Steven W. Moreira, Broker President , Magic Companies has been a Florida Real Estate & Mortgage Broker for over 30 years.
Steven has owned and operated over 30 different businesses & special use properties.
An active MBA member from 1998 until the passage of the Dodd Frank Bill in 2010 steven provided over 150MM in Institutional & Private financing for acquisitions, business development and joint ventures covering all the major property types as well as Special Use Properties.
Since 2010 Steven has focused in an advisory capacity to a number of Institutional Investor Executives, MBA executives and Private High Net worth Individuals.
Currently the focus has been Distressed Assets, Performing and Non Performing Debt, broken development projects, Multi Family and large NNN Investments.
Steven has been an active Realtor Volunteer at the Local, State & National Association of Realtors and the CCIM Institute since 1997. He is a graduate of the 2003 Inaugural Class of the Jay Levine Leadership Academy of the CCIm Insitute.
Steven has served as CCIM Region 12 VP, 2003 Florida CCIM Chapter President, Member Services Chair. 2005 Chairman of the Florida Commercial Alliance and 2008 President of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association. He has served on over 150 Local, State & National committees including 38 finance committees, Chairing 7. Presently, Steven serves as a member of the 2013 CCIM Leadership team, Presidential Liasson to NAR for CCIM
He is immediate Past Chairman of the NAR Commercial Research subcommittee and incomiing Vice Chairman of NAR Commercial Alliance. He is othe First VP of the CCIM Insitute for 2014.
