Steve Spayer is a Vice President of Asset Management at Lincoln Advisors. Steve is responsible for development of asset-level strategy and management of the financial performance of the assets within his portfolio of office and industrial assets. Steve has over 30 years of real estate investment management experience. Steve joined Lincoln in 2019.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Steve was a Senior Vice President with Lexington Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT focused on single tenant, credit tenant investments as an asset manager for their Mid-West portfolio – a mix of office and industrial assets approximating 11 million square feet and valued in excess of $ 700 million; a Managing Director with Cohen Financial running their Loan Servicing business – a mix of portfolio and CMBS loans; and an Asset Manager on the industrial portfolio for the Prime Group. Steve leverages his experience managing investments in commercial real estate in the form of either debt or equity to help drive strategic alternatives to maximize value. He leverages his skill in developing relationships to mitigate risk. He has a BA from Augustana College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
