Steven Tronson joined Avison Young as Vice President in December, 2011, after having spent the previous 14 years with Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Mr. Tronson is an active agent in AY’s entertainment, retail and office divisions. Geographically focused in Hollywood and West Hollywood, his activities include the sale and leasing of office and retail space, with a particular emphasis on “Walk of Fame” properties. Mr. Tronson earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Northridge in 1990. During his years at Northridge he was a member of the NCAA men’s Soccer team and President of the Water Ski team, which he captained at the 1988 National Collegiate Water Ski Championships. Following ten years in the hospitality industry at the prestigious Hotel Bel-Air, Mr. Tronson joined Ramsey-Shilling in early 1997. He is an active civic participant having recently completed a 6 year term as a Director with the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves as a Trustee and Treasurer for the Hollywood Arts Council. Mr. Tronson has brokered hundreds of transactions in Hollywood and currently represents over 100,000 square feet of office and retail space on Hollywood Boulevard. Mr. Tronson resides with his wife and their two children in West Hills, California.
