Steven Underwood specializes in the sale of net leased investments, retail shopping centers, and repositioning of distressed assets. He has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development and acquisitions. Steven started his career at CB Commercial Real Estate Group, specializing in retail leasing and retail property sales. Following his 10 year tenure at CB, Steven spent the last 15 years as a principal with Valenti Development Group where he was responsible for acquisitions, finance, development, construction and property management of 200+ restaurants and retail developments.
