Stewart has more than 40 years of commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, development, property management and syndication experience in Wisconsin, Midwest and national marketplaces with a deep background in office buildings. He has served many leading institutional, individual and corporate owners in servicing their real estate portfolios.
With over four decades in the commercial real estate industry, Stewart has been involved in over one billion dollars in real estate sales and has leased/managed nearly five million square feet of office property. Stewart has developed a sterling reputation as a leading developer in the Midwest and is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), is on the National NAIOP Board of Directors and is on the national mixed-use forum for NAIOP, where he is part of roundtables that discuss national trending and research.
