Stuart is the President & Managing Principal of Anderson, a firm specializing in industrial and flex warehouse sales for both improved and unimproved properties, serving a diverse clientele of investors and users. Under his leadership, Anderson has successfully completed transactions totaling over half a million square feet of industrial and office space, with an aggregate value exceeding $17 million since December 1990.
Stuart began his career at Carey Winston in March 1988 and has brought a wealth of experience to his current role. Before joining Carey Winston, he worked as a project manager for a local defense contractor and served as a comptroller for a computer supplies firm in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
A distinguished professional, Stuart was awarded the Commercial Sales Winner title in 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing and an MBA in Finance, both from James Madison University.
