Stuart is a graduate of the Ivey Business School at Western University. He began his career at DTZ Barnicke (now DTZ, a UGL company) in 1990 and transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield in 2012. Throughout his career, Stuart has gained extensive experience across various transaction activities, including office leasing, industrial properties, design-build projects, investment sales, and the land market. As a specialist in representing suburban corporate users in the Greater Toronto area, Stuart focuses on the industrial and office markets. He possesses a deep understanding of real estate planning, site selection, lease negotiation, and financial analysis. Stuart is also effective in coordinating transactions for clients in other markets across Canada and the USA. Known for his attentive listening skills, Stuart employs a process-based decision-making approach to assist companies. He has established a proven track record with notable clients such as General Mills, Apex Tool, Cooper Lighting, Lindt & Sprüngli Chocolates, Royal Group Technologies (a division of Georgia Gulf), and Spectrum Supply Chain.
