Stuart Kenny is a member of CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group in Washington DC, where his duties include underwriting, market research, and due diligence. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kenny worked in PwC’s consulting practice where he advised a wide array of clients across industries, including five Fortune 500 companies. Specializing in data and analytics, Stuart brings a consultative and data-driven approach to his projects and analyses. His experience includes financial modeling, data analysis, and market research – a combination that allows him to provide both a qualitative and quantitative point of view to his clients. Mr. Kenny is a sports enthusiast, weekend golfer, and enjoys spending time at the beach.
