Mr. Rienhoff is a Managing Director charged with senior level real estate services brokerage business development activities primarily in the Baltimore metropolitan area. His primary focus is office and flex space tenant representation and agency leasing.
Mr. Rienhoff has extensive experience in identifying client needs, assembling teams and delivering a quality work product that reflects his client’s objectives. His extensive market knowledge and transaction experience ensure quality service delivery.

Mr. Rienhoff recently came on board with Jones Lang LaSalle in September 2010 after 25 years of direct commercial real estate experience primarily in the Baltimore region. He will continue to assist corporations and owners of real estate in solving their real estate services needs. Mr. Rienhoff will be involved in the leadership of the Jones Lang LaSalle brokerage operation in Baltimore over the coming years as Jones Lang LaSalle seeks to expands its brokerage operation and leverage its services relationships regionally and beyond.
Over the years, Mr. Rienhoff has represented many major corporations and institutional real estate owners in Baltimore. As a tenant representative, site selector or leasing representative has represented many regional companies and ownerships. Over his career, Mr. Rienhoff has represented, among many others, BD Diagnostics, PHH, AAI Corporation, Corporate Office Properties Trust, Procter and Gamble, United Parcel Service, LaSalle Investment Management, The Greenland Corporation, David S. Brown Enterprises and Hanley Associates.
