Specializing in tenant representation, transaction and advisory services to corporate tenants and owners of office, laboratory and research and development real estate, Ms. Back brings more than 20 years of experience to the team. Her practice includes advising large national corporations with their headquarter requirements, as well as assisting local mid-size, small and start-up companies with their facility needs. She is consistently recognized by her peers and clients as one of the region’smost accomplished tenant advisory/ representation and life sciences brokers.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Sue worked for Cushman & Wakefield | ThalhimerRaleigh’s tenant rep team. Before that, she was with Cassidy Turley where she built the Life Sciences Practice Group into the most dominant life sciences tenant representation group in the Research Triangle Park area, completing transactions equaling over two million square feet of life sciences and research and development type facilities throughout her career. She has also provided advisory services to multiple technology firms including Ericsson, ChannelAdvisorand Tekelec’scorporate headquarters.
