BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Sue Horowitz is a licensed broker, experienced in the sales and leasing of commercial property. Her transactions include a range of property from shopping centers, freestanding retail, office and industrial buildings to schools, churches, clinics, in-patient treatment and residential care facilities. Sue is knowledgeable and experienced in both Landlord and Tenant representation which has provided her with the expertise and skills to negotiate "win-win" transactions.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Sue Horowitz earned a B.A. and M.A. at San Diego State College, did post-graduate work at the University of Hamburg in Hamburg, Germany, the University of California, Santa Barbara, and completed Ph.D. exams at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Her memberships, past and present, include the Jewish Federation Real Estate and Construction Committee, United Jewish Federation Business and Professional Women, International Council of Shopping Centers, and Commercial Real Estate Women(CREW). Sue has also served on the Board of Directors of Kadima Hebrew Academy and Foundations Schools Community, the LEARN Councils at Carpenter Avenue Elementary and Cleveland High Schools, and participated in the Los Angeles ADHC Planning Council.
