Summer Smith joined the Sturges team in 2017, earned her Real Estate Broker License, and was promoted to Senior Property Manager in her fifth year.
Summer’s education and experience are exceptional for the industry with 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Property Management, an MBA, and an MPA. Summer also holds a unique combination of experience through her previous work with residential and commercial property management, compliance, and training.
Summer manages over one million square feet of commercial property, including office, retail, industrial, land, and owners’ associations. As Property Manager, she is responsible for all asset services, including property maintenance, construction management, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, upgrade and construction recommendations, financing, and tenant relations.
