Susan Ahlheit grew up and still resides in Burns, Tennessee about 45 miles west of Nashville. As Operating Partner, she’s responsible for the management of operations in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama and Mississippi. She began her career with The Shopping Center Group in 1995. She has a degree in Business Administration and is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky. Susan serves on the planning committee for the TN/KY ICSC and the Executive Committee of WCRE’s Nashville chapter. Susan is married and has two daughters.
