Susan Bands is a Managing Director for the South Florida Advisory and Transaction Services, overseeing Sales Management and broker development. Specifically, Susan oversees a wide variety of critical business functions including strategic business development initiatives, pursuit leadership, broker business plans, recruiting and strategic team formation.
Throughout her 18+ years of industry experience as a broker and a sales management leader, Susan has continued to build a solid reputation and proven track record of success by anticipating needs, problem solving and providing thoughtful recommendations.
Prior to joining CBRE, Susan worked at Marcus & Millichap, where she spent 18 years, most recently running the $105 Million business in its Manhattan, Westchester, and New Haven offices as the Regional Manager. Prior to her leadership roles, Susan was a successful investment sales professional at Marcus & Millichap, Forest City Ratner Companies and with Grubb & Ellis with experience in Hotel, Retail and Multifamily.
