CAREER SUMMARY
Beginning at Schuck Commercial Brokerage in 1985, Susan has worked in Colorado, Arizona and Tennessee. She was a broker at Grubb & Ellis from June of 2006 through October 2017. Susan continues her career as an Office/Medical Office Investment and Office Condo/ Investment specialist with Fountain Colony from 2017-Present.
EXPERIENCE
Susan’s focus encompasses a focus on Medical Office properties acquisition, disposition and leasing. Prior experience with Industrial properties sales and leasing, Office and Retail leasing as well as Office Condo sales. She has represented and continues to represent Sellers, Buyers, Tenants, and Landlords. A partial list of some of Susan’s major transactions over the past year include:

EDUCATION
While earning a Bachelors Degree in Biology from the University of Colorado, Susan held the offices of Student Senator at Large and Director of Finance as well as Student Activities Program Director for the university.
