Suzanne Drake is the Designated Broker for the Arizona Jones Lang LaSalle Office. Her experience with Jones Lang LaSalle has incorporated work for government and corporate clients in the Southwest Division including work in Arizona, Nevada, California and New Mexico. She completes market surveys, market analyses and assignments including acquisitions and dispositions, contract negotiations and site analyses for numerous corporate clients.

Suzanne has worked with the Bank of America on portfolio planning including the leasing, acquisition and disposition of critical facilities. Her recent GSA assignments have included the Department of Homeland Security assignment for approximately 50,000 feet and the completion of the land option and solicitation for a build to suit of a 220,000 square foot facility for the FBI.
