Suzanne Epps joined TradeMark Properties in May 2014 as Vice President of Marketing and New Business. Suzanne is responsible for planning, developing and implementing clearly defined marketing and communications strategies to further business growth and enhance brand equity and awareness for all TradeMark companies. With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Suzanne’s marketing knowledge from the brokerage and principal side of the industry, provides her with the unique perspective of assessing clients needs from all aspects. Prior to joining TradeMark Properties, Suzanne worked for CBRE | Raleigh where she worked as a Marketing Specialist for the office leasing team. Suzanne’s responsibilities included assisting the brokerage team in planning and implementing marketing plans for each property. Suzanne also designed marketing materials, property websites, print advertisements and new business proposals and presentations. Before relocating to the Triangle, Suzanne worked as a Marketing Director for a commercial real estate retail developer based out of Carlsbad, CA, overseeing marketing strategy for a portfolio of over 4 million square feet and as a Marketing Manager for a retail investment sales company in Irvine, CA.
