Suzanne joined her sister Eileen’s firm, Schuler Commercial Real Estate, in 2006. She brought the extensive expertise developed in her 24 years as a successful institutional sales professional and corporate bond trader in the securities market. Suzanne’s negotiating and analytical skills fit perfectly with the demands of the sophisticated world of commercial & industrial real estate.
Suzanne is a licensed real estate associate in the State of California and an active member of CREW-OC, Commercial Real Estate Women-Orange County. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Long time resident of Balboa Island and the Newport Beach Peninsula, Suzanne is a member of The Balboa Bay Club & Resort, enjoys yacht racing, big-game fishing, equestrian activities and golf.
