Bio
Sylvia graduated from UNCW with a degree in criminal justice and moved to Hatteras Island in 1992. She raised her family here; her daughter is a schoolteacher on the island and her son is a mate on the Albatross Fleet. As an animal lover, Sylvia will argue that Finn is not just the cutest, but the smartest four-legged companion. Hobbies include collecting sea glass and doing yoga. In her free time, you may find her out on the water, boating and fishing. As part of the Colony Realty team, together we have more than 96 years of combined Real Estate experience and knowledge of Hatteras Island and the Outer Banks.
