Tad has been with York Properties, Inc. since 2001. He is a Raleigh native and a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1995 Tad went to work for his family’s company in Raleigh. After receiving his North Carolina real estate sales license in 2000 he began working for York Properties, Inc. specializing in office and industrial leasing and sales. Tad recently received his Broker’s license in 2004 and has been assisting on some property management assignments as well as leasing and sales.
