He previously served as Executive Vice President and Nashville market leader at TenantBase, where he managed recruitment, training, and operational oversight. With a decade of experience in healthcare real estate, Tad has worked with both large publicly traded REITs like Healthcare Realty and smaller regional firms like Flagship Healthcare REIT. His clientele includes major national health systems such as Kaiser Permanente, Catholic Health Initiatives, and Ascension, as well as regional organizations like Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance and Childrens Hospital of Colorado.
