Bio
After graduating from the University of Texas Law School in 1990 and practicing trial law for five years, Tammy moved to Fredericksburg and opened several retail stores and made a subtle, yet decisive entry into the B&B market. Her first venture was in 2001 when she renovated a 1910 Victorian carriage house and rented it out as a B&B. In 2007, she opened Absolute Charm B&Bs and Vacation Rentals, Fredericksburg’s premier luxury reservation service that represents over 140 properties today. Over the years she has bought, renovated, and sold 25 properties of her own and sparked her interest in real estate and helping buyers find Fredericksburg, TX homes for sale. Tammy always had a penchant for the real estate side of the business which prompted her to secure her license in 2008. She has a wealth of expertise and is uniquely qualified to assist both buyers and sellers of investment property. She regularly lends insightful assistance to other Realtors’ clients by explaining the practical and financial implications of operating and maximizing an investment in a cottage, guesthouse. or B&B. Along with being very well versed in the hospitality industry, Tammy is also highly equipped to direct clients in the luxury home buyers’ market and ultimately find their dream home. She has an enthusiastic vision for practically all properties that cross her desk; and in her opinion, when a property has a few superficial flaws that distract most people it usually equates to a great deal! Tammy has an uncanny ability to be able to mix business with pleasure. She is an avid globetrotter, having visited over 35 countries, and believes that travel serves to open her mind to new ideas, ventures, and concepts that can be applied in her business.
