Tanya Schindler is the Broker of Record and has sold properties throughout Harris, Austin, Bastrop, Colorado, Lavaca, Gonzales, Fayette, Victoria, Waller, and Milam counties. Tanya received her salesperson license in 2003 and the broker license in 2010 and started South Central Real Estate in 2012. Tanya is married to Joe Schindler (also a Realtor) of Schulenburg. She and Joe reside in Colorado County, enjoy spending time with their kids and animals and work as a team in Real Estate. Joe enjoys showing and selling Commercial properties as well as Farm and Ranch properties.
Tanya is experienced with all types of real estate transactions, including Luxury properties, Farm and Ranch, Single Family residential properties, commercial properties including short sales and foreclosures, Tanya has served on the Board for the Schulenburg-Weimar area Parents as Teachers, Fayette County Tourism Association, among others. Tanya is also a member of the Navidad Valley Cattlewomen, HLSR Judging Contest Committee as well as many committees at St. Rose of Lima Catholic School in Schulenburg for fundraising. She enjoys making new friends every day and helping clients find the country road that leads them home.
