Taylor Mathis is a Senior Financial Analyst in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Group. In 2022, he joined the firm’s Atlanta office, where he is responsible for providing analytical and deal support. His primary responsibilities include due diligence, analysis, and financial underwriting for senior, mezzanine, and equity financing.
Prior to joining CBRE, Taylor was a Financial Analyst in Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Group in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Mathis joined the company in 2021 and was primarily responsible for providing analytical and deal support. Mr. Mathis began his career in 2019 as an asset manager for AXA Real Estate Investment Managers in Atlanta, GA. In this role, Mr. Mathis was responsible for the management and financial analysis of 36 commercial loans totaling over $2.1 billion across various asset classes and markets.
