Taylor Smith is a development associate at RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Taylor focuses on both single family and multifamily developments for the Atlanta team. He is responsible for supporting all phases of the development process including initial underwriting, land acquisition, pre-development, project construction, lease-up, and disposition. Prior to RangeWater, Taylor worked for a student housing and a single-family developer in both sales and construction management roles.
Taylor received his MBA with a concentration in corporate finance and real estate from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Georgia. When he’s not at the office, Taylor is either hunting, fishing, or desperately and unsuccessfully trying to break 80 on the golf course.
