Prior to joining Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC), Mr. Donaldson was associated on a executive level with such notable San Francisco institutions as the Shorestein Company and Southern Pacific Land Company.
Mr. Donaldson is a consultant and advisor to domestic/foreign companies and individuals on commercial real estate investments, divestments, negotiation, development, leasing management, and marketing programs. Services provided to property management companies including diverse and complex brokerage transactions and management of office, apartment and retail properties.
Professional experience encompasses analysis of property for acquisition, negotiation and closing of property transactions, commercial property asset management, lease/purchase/sale negotiation, divestment of non-performing property, analysis and approval of start-up, interim and permanent financing. Mr. Donaldson has created and implemented marketing programs for commercial property and retail consumer products and is a licensed California real estate Broker in good standing.
During his initial employment with EBMC, Mr. Donaldson has assumed a portfolio of residential and commercial properties ranging from a six story office building on Van Ness Street in San Francisco to office, warehouse and retail space in San Rafael to 105 unit condominium in Novato.
