Ted has over twenty-four years’ experience in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, research and consulting with core expertise in assisting land owners and developers through the complex issues of bringing raw land through the entitlement process. He’s knowledgeable and experienced in site feasibility, complex contract negotiations and discounted cash flow analysis.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, MD and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School in Baltimore, MD
