Teresa Simone joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2019 and currently serves as a Vice President and member of the Healthcare & Seniors Housing team. In this role, Simone focuses on the preparation of appraisal reports on a spectrum of property types while continuing to provide exceptional service to clients.
Since beginning her career in valuation in 2010, Simone has worked with clients providing valuation analyses on a wide variety of property types including healthcare, seniors housing, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use and unimproved development sites.
Simone joined Newmark from Cushman & Wakefield, where she most recently served as an associate director. Prior to C&W, she worked as an appraiser at Valbridge Property Solutions.
