Teri Ortiz is responsible for overseeing leasing performance for portions of the portfolio, as well as the strategic management of those assets.
Prior to joining the Banyan in 2019, Mrs. Ortiz was a Director of Office Services at Colliers International, where she specialized in landlord representation and worked on behalf of local, national and multi-national institutional operators. Over the course of her career, she has participated in the acquisition, leasing, and management of more than 15 million square feet of commercial properties.
