Teri is a Commercial Property Manager handling all aspects of building management in Bend and Redmond. Her expertise includes tenant negotiations, leasing, and taking care of day to day building operations for her clients/investors, many of whom live out of state.
Originally from Santa Barbara, CA, Teri has lived in Bend since 1990. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Accounting and Economics, Teri spent many years working as an accountant working as in both public and private accounting firms before obtaining her real estate license in 2007. She obtained her Principal Broker license in 2012.
Teri has over 30 years of real estate and accounting experience including time with both private and public accounting firms. Teri has worked as a commercial real estate broker since 2007 and obtained her Principal Broker license in 2012. She enjoys everything outdoors and spending time with her five daughters.
