Bio
Terra Weirich joined Bernstein Management Corporation in July 2018, as Vice President of Investments. Ms. Weirich focuses on value creation in the BMC portfolio, through strategic acquisitions, JV investments, dispositions and operational improvements. She also serves on the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Bernstein Management Corporation, Ms. Weirich spent 13 years at CIM Group, where she sourced and evaluated acquisition opportunities across numerous product types, structures and geographies and closed transactions totaling over $2.5 billion.
Ms.. Weirich serves on the Fundraising Committee for the Hyde-Addison Elementary Parent-Teacher Association and also captains a CureSearch walk team each October to support children’s cancer research.
Ms. Weirich earned her B.S in Commerce with concentrations in finance, marketing and management from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an M.S in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Carey Business School of John Hopkins University. She lives in Washington with her husband and two children.
