Terri L. Never joined Savills in 2021 as Managing Director in the Toledo office and is responsible for providing comprehensive brokerage and advisory services to industrial clients. In this role she develops industrial real estate solutions that are integrated into overall business and supply chain strategies for clients located in Ohio, the region and across the country. Terri is particularly skilled at assembling and leading collaborative multi-disciplinary project teams to best serve client needs. She has extensive experience bringing even complex projects from concept to completion -- from project definition and contract negotiation through execution and close-out.
With over 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, Terri is recognized by her peers for her outstanding client relationship skills as well as strategic planning and tactical implementation expertise. Her clients rely on her astute problem-solving and business acumen, and her contacts with national, state, regional, and local development boards, port authorities, and committees are invaluable to her business partners.
Terri has particular expertise in the automotive, pharmaceutical and food/beverage industries, her breadth of experience -- ranging from commodities trading and franchise owner to waste management operations -- allows her to bring a unique perspective to evaluating projects and developing effective solutions.
