Terri is a native San Antonian whose family has deep roots in the Italo-American community as well as the City government. She graduated from Trinity University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and has been active in the San Antonio business community since the early 70’s as part owner of the family business, Jacob Rubiola and Company, a mortgage banking firm specializing in FHA, VA, and FNMA home mortgages until the early 80’s, when they sold their company.
Terri officially started her real estate career in 1984 with Johnson/ Seward & Associates as a commercial leasing agent and sales broker. She was soon asked to join Centro Properties who specialized in downtown re-development. She joined them in 1985 gaining a wide range of knowledge in all aspects of real estate leasing, sales, and property management. In 1990 she became a partner for the next 8 years.
Terri was asked to join D. B. Harrell Co. in 1998 where she currently continues to specialize in the downtown and surrounding areas selling land, office building, retail buildings and also retail and office leasing.
Terri is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division, Downtown Alliance, Real Estate Council, and Friends of the McNay Museum, San Antonio Botanical Center and has previously served as Board Member of the Downtown YMCA, San Antonio Board of Realtors Commercial Investment Division, and the Downtown Housing Advisory Board.
