Bio
Terry has over 30 years’ experience in the Florida Real Estate industry, specializing in land and investments and has developed many Agriculture subdivisions in Hernando County, Pasco, and Marion Counties. He has an Associate of Arts Degree from Pasco Hernando State College and received the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation in 1992. The ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) Designation was achieved in 2001.
He has held several positions in the Florida Realtors Land Institute Chapter, and the Hernando County Association of Realtors. He was also a Founding Director of a Community Bank in 2003. Terry and his wife Suzanne enjoy studying the Bible, biking, and traveling.
