Terry began his real estate career in 1983 with Rollie Winter & Associates working in the commercial real estate area. Terry achieved top sales and listing honors, and in 1985 was named Real Estate Salesman of the Year. In 1990, Terry branched out on his own with Bomier Properties Inc., which is a full service brokerage firm specializing in commercial real estate representing Northeastern Wisconsin. Terry has served as a Director of the State Association of the Board Of Realtors and also serves on the Government Affairs Committee and chairs the Commercial Affairs Committee for the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW) and in 2003 was honored with an Excellence in Professionalism Award. He is a long-standing member of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce (FCCC) and has served several years on the Local Issues Committee. In 2006 Terry was elected to serve on the FCCC Board of Directors. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley and has also served as Neenah's Independent Business Division Chairperson for United Way. Terry is a past Neenah Landmark Commissioner and currently serves on Neenah's Citizen's Advisory Committee and Neenah's Recruitment and Retention Committee.
