Terry has lived and worked in Bend since 1999, a time when the area population was just a little over 30,000 within the greater city limits. He can say firsthand that it has been exciting to be a contributing factor to the phenomenal growth the area has experienced. He has assisted hundreds of families, individuals, and investors in buying and selling property throughout the region. He and his wife relocated from the Portland area to escape the rain and cloudy skies typical of the Portland Metro area. Life in the High Desert of Central Oregon has been thrilling in many aspects. From the amazing powder skiing on Mt. Bachelor to the great hiking, golfing, and fishing, newcomers will come to appreciate everything the area has to offer. Having spent over seven years as a Financial Advisor in the 1990s, his prior financial advisory management experience has enabled him to draw from in-depth investment and company financial analysis and asset allocation strategies to help his clients build wealth through real estate acquisition.
