Terry Deveau joined the company in May 1994 and has since focused his considerable skills on leasing and selling office and R&D properties in Silicon Valley.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Deveau was a vice president with Bishop Hawk, where he was named Broker of the Year for the office division from 1987 to 1989, in 1991 and again in 1993. He was also a Top 10 Producer companywide in 1989, 1992 and 1993.
Mr. Deveau has continued this top performer trend at Newmark Knight Frank, where he has finished most years as a Top Producer. He was the highest-paid office specialist in the Santa Clara office in 1998, and in August 2000 he was listed as a Top 25 Commercial Real Estate Agent in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. He has been nominated for both Suburban Office Broker of the Year and Office Broker of the Year by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers in 1989 and 1993 respectively.
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Deveau has negotiated more than 820 office transactions totaling in excess of 5.6 million square feet and $1.2 billion in value.
