Began real estate career in downtown Boulder in 1978 as a commercial property manager and leasing agent; managed and leased a portfolio of 250,000 square feet of office and retail space in downtown Boulder; Immediately began to sell commercial properties, particularly in downtown Boulder, and in a few years was selling property all over Boulder County: Became Vice-President of Pennant Investment Company in 1982 and was responsible for day to day operations and all of the commercial management and leasing and sales; began to do more leasing and sales of commercial buildings and in 1987 to the present time has done only leasing and sales- joined The Colorado Group, Inc. in 1994 and has done investment real estate, leasing and sales of property all over Boulder County; the past several years the emphasis has been on commercial sales and retail leasing.
