Terry has a lifelong love for the land, and that’s probably why he had a very early interest in real estate.
Terry grew up working in the family’s farming operation and learned the value of hard work there and in his father’s irrigation business. Freshly armed with a Business Degree with an emphasis in Economics from Arkansas State University, Terry first got his real estate license in 1976. However, family business responsibilities (as well as 21% interest rates at that time) kept his career focused on a 2,000-acre rice and soybean farm (which he still manages) and the irrigation company.
But in 2008, he was able to rekindle his passion for real estate and joined the Halsey team!
Terry is experienced in every facet of commercial real estate, and has a proven track record of representing buyers and sellers in virtually every category within the discipline. His personal passion for the outdoors has helped him earn a stellar reputation throughout the entire southern United States when it comes to representation of agricultural and hunting land.
A licensed pilot since 1973, Terry believes in flying high and soaring above market expectations, which is something he’s built his portfolio around. A key member of Halsey Thrasher Harpole, Terry is excited about what the future holds for commercial real estate in Northeast Arkansas.
