Bio
Tessa started her career in property as a Saturday assistant in the Savills Islington office, later joining permanently in 2020 after completing a degree in real estate at the University of Reading. Tessa started in the Guildford office as part of the south east development team, where she has gained experience across the development division, providing advise in planning, consultancy, valuation and agency, whilst completing her APC. She has since joined the operational capital markets division as a senior surveyor.
Tessa now works in the national residential investment and development team within operational capital markets, providing development and investment advice to a variety of clients including, institutional investors, property companies and corporate institutions.
