I am a Licensed Realtor, Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator and Certified Distressed Property Expert. For 16 years I have been a resident of Charlotte, NC, and your Charlotte and Lake Norman Realtor. My wife and I fell in love with the area after surviving many years in the snow belt of Michigan and found the Deep South to be a perfectly charming and a wonderful place to raise a family. The Charlotte and Lake Norman area is no comparison to our old frosty, northern home. The scenery is magnificent, the weather is balmy and the lifestyle is great.
