Theresa Barton is a lifelong resident of Monroe County and is married with three active children. She obtained her real estate license in 2004 and, during the market collapse, Theresa maintained her production by assisting others in acquiring foreclosed properties. Subsequently, she began working directly for the banks, a role she carried out for seven years. This experience made her an expert in foreclosed properties and adept at negotiating multiple offers.
With the increase in market values, Theresa has shifted her focus to utilizing her skills to help sellers and buyers achieve their goals. Additionally, Theresa assists her husband in coaching travel softball and contributing to the local sports community.
