Bio
Theresa Biermann joined Gershman in 2012 and leads the marketing and broker administration functions. Her responsibilities include the design of all company marketing deliverables, creation of digital/print advertising, maintenance of company and property-specific websites, management of social media channels, creation of quarterly market reports, design of signage layouts, coordination of broker events, and management/oversight of listing services. In addition, she manages email marketing campaigns, creates 360 virtual tours, and produces quarterly company newsletters.
Theresa has over 22 years of commercial real estate marketing experience, including prior roles with Altus Properties and Discovery Group. She is highly skilled with various design programs including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and web creation software Dreamweaver and WordPress. Theresa also spearheads Gershman Gives Back, our employee-led charitable initiative that coordinates fundraising and volunteer opportunities.
