Theresa joined Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty in 1994 and formed The Grant Group in 2008. The next step was incorporating and founding Theresa Grant & Associates, Real Estate Partners, within Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty. She has been a consistent top producing agent within the Coldwell Banker family, winning annual awards for production including Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite. Theresa has been the only agent within Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty’s 20+ year history to be awarded a “Top Ten Regional Team” award from Coldwell Banker Real Estate, and in 2013 was named one of Realtrend’s “America’s Best Real Estate Agents – California Individuals”.
