Theresa holds the designations of Certified Property Manager® from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute. Theresa is also a multi-state licensed real estate broker.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Villanova University (go Wildcats) in Accounting and a secret passion degree in advertising and journalism from the Charles Morris Price School of Advertising and Journalism. She can account, manage, lease, sell AND write about your real estate.
A co-founder of Brite Realty in 1989, Theresa is native to the Philadelphia/Suburban area and long involved in area groundbreaking developments including Liberty Place in Philadelphia and Great Valley Corporate Center in Malvern while employed by Rouse & Associates (later Liberty Property Trust). She regularly provides real estate management, brokerage and consulting services to clients on a local and national level. ?
