Thomas Abel is a First Vice President with CBRE and a recognized leader in office sales and leasing throughout Orange County. Since beginning his career with CBRE in 1988, he has successfully executed office transactions in excess of 6 million square feet. With every deal, Tom’s focus remains squarely on driving results for his clients, including delivering substantial real estate-related cost savings to their company’s bottom line.
