Thomas Barry has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage. He has represented major corporations, developers, small business owners and institutional owners. Thomas specializes in industrial sales and leasing and has extensive knowledge of the Rhode Island market.
Mr. Barry began his career in commercial real estate in 1985 at Ryan Elliott & co. of Rhode Island, Inc. which was sold to CB Richard Ellis/New England in 1998. He was named CB Richard Ellis/New England Providence Broker of the Year in 1998 and has pursued continuing education through the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program.
