Tom's expertise in the commercial real estate market spans over 20 years. A comprehensive, hands-on experience including a vast background of construction redevelopment and adaptive reuse including Planning and Zoning. Tom has been involved with some landmark projects including the Mohegan Sun Casino and Resort, The Palace Theater Waterbury, Heritage Village Southbury, the Hartford Civic Center and The Hartford Convention Center.
While also owning and developing Section B of the Prospect Industrial Park with Prospect Self Storage, and his latest project 254 Commons in Thomaston CT, Tom is a member of the American Planning Association and also sat on the Planning and Zoning Commission in Litchfield and Naugatuck, CT. Tom attended the University of Connecticut.
