He has been active in the greater Washington region as well as throughout the continental United States. Mr. Birnbach is one of the founding members of CRESA Partners w Washington DC.
Mr. Birnbach's creativity in analyzing and acknowledging all economic variables in lease documents that affect tenants, as well as negotiating innovative alternatives for major real estate tranactions, has enabled him to build a solid base of prominent regional and national clients.
